Magical Live Storytelling
Norina has performed at storytelling events and festivals around the world. She loves sharing stories that combine personal narratives with folk and fairy tales. Her most recent performances include accordion accompaniment and singing in the style of brigands, pirates, and old vaudeville.

Animals Don't Have Porn (1 hour)
Uh Oh. Mom found the stash of porn you hid under your bed. Oops. The entire fourth grade found out you've been sending love letters to a same sex classmate. Um? A priest is trying to convince you that TRUE LOVE WAITS. This solo storytelling show, funded by the Regional Arts and Culture center, features true coming of age stories with accordion accompaniment: Watch Trailer
Clowns for Christ (15 minutes)
As a shy teenager Norina joins a Christian clown troupe and travels to see the pope. An essay version of this story was featured in Oregon Humanities Magazine: Read Essay
My Kontiki (15 minutes)
In the spirit of Thor Hyderdal, Norina attempts to walk 31 miles in a single night. This story was the winner of the 2019 One Voice Storyslam in Beaverton Oregon.
The Sausage Date (10 minutes)
An experimental internet date backfires when Norina become stranded on a Hippie Farm and makes sausage for 7 hours. This story was a winner of the Moth Storyslam competition.
The Potluck (10 minutes)
After accidentally ingesting marijuana at a potluck, a series of bizarre and paranoid events.
Underground Cat Rescue (10 minutes)
This story chronicles Norina's misadventures trying to save a feral cat, trespassing and getting lost underground.
