What is an Intuitive Reading? 
When I give intuitive readings I’m reading your energy visually as images or ‘pictures’. As I do this, I take time to unpack the images to understand where you’re growing in your life and what’s charged or ready to release. Here’s how one of my clients describes the experience:

What will my reading be like?
All readings happen over zoom.  You'll receive a link to the zoom meeting when you schedule your appointment.  For the first half of the reading, I'll be in meditation with my eyes closed, and share the things I see.  At the end of the reading, you can ask questions.  The questions can be about anything at all that is coming up for you in your life.  While I don't give advice, or tell you what to do- reading the energy of a question, relationship or situation can help you find your own answer.  After the reading you'll get a link to the audio file of your reading, so you can listen to it again if you’d like.

Should I choose a single session or a bundle?
Single sessions are good if you want to explore one topic or issue. A bundle is better if you have many things you want to work on, or if you are working on clearing out something that is deeply entrenched. Some people also choose bundles as a regular part of their wellness routine.

Can you tell the future?
The future isn’t set in stone- it is something that is always shifting based on the decisions you and others make. It tends to be more helpful to look at what choices in present time resonate most with your future goals, focusing on the step not predicting an outcome.

How can I get the most out of my session?
After a session it is helpful to remember that you may still be releasing charged energy- or detoxing. So it helps to take extra good care of yourself and notice what support your body need- more sleep, water, food or just some time and space to yourself. Some people like to journal while their experience is still fresh. What you need will be unique to you, so stay in communication with yourself.
